Rita Molnar

Rita has been helping the development initiatives of individuals and organizations at different professional fields for almost two decades.

Working as an OD and talent management consultant she is committed to and has the experience with problem diagnosis and solution development as well in various industries at European small and middle enterprises, corporate and non-profit organizations.

Rita enjoys designing and implementing tailored, scalable and sustainable talent management and development strategies that enable cleints to identify talents and future talent needs to execute long-term business strategies.

While coaching executives, Rita supports her clients during the changes, and contributes to achieve the goals defined together with different psychological and therapeutic methods.

She has been involved in more research areas of personality, human behaviour and communication, and she is an experienced lecturer at conferences and universities in more countries.
